I used to look forward to celebrating the future new year still hung over from celebrating New Year’s Eve of the current year. It rarely met my preconceived expectations. As a matter of fact, I’d be hard-pressed to recall a single New Year’s Eve celebration that lived up to my feeling of anticipation.
