A few weeks ago, I was being so careful. I counted steps, watched my feet, and still came close to doing a face plant onto my garage floor.
The reason? I was carrying a large box and couldn’t see where I was going.

Manage the stairs
You already know about my obsession with counting steps when I’m walking on stairs. I’ve also learned that when going down steps, it helps to lift your toes and do a slight forward kick. This prevents you from catching your heel or foot on the edge of a stair.
