Robert Kennedy Rode in My Father-in-Law’s Convertible

A week later, he was murdered by an assassin in Los Angeles. Jay Harman, my husband, shared “time-capsule” photos with me. I’m nostalgic for the ’60s, even with its turbulence.

“Bill Wilkins contacted Dad to borrow the Lincoln Continental convertible,” said my husband Jay Harman. “He was devastated when Bobby Kennedy was assassinated.”
