For me, getting older has brought with it a lot of freedom in terms of reduced guilt, not worrying so much if someone agrees, taking time to learn and understand what’s important to me, freedom from defending opinions or having to be right. Age has brought me less seriousness and more joy; a settling into myself. I love who/what I am and look forward to each day because I learn something every day.
