What’s Age Got to Do With It?

Why we can—and should, keep learning our entire life

Have you read articles making suggestions on how to keep aging brains agile? I have. The well-meaning authors suggest doing puzzles, doing crossword puzzles, and filling out those frustrating books of Sudoku. Before you imagine throwing things at me and writing nasty comments, I’ll admit those are not activities I enjoy.
