Crumbs Post-Acquisition Update

It’s been quite the journey over the past few months so I wanted to share some updates on Crumbs and also answer a few common questions:
Where are we at with Crumbs right now?
We’ve been anxiously anticipating our launch for a few months now, so this is a great question and one that is ever-changing.
We’ve been rigorously testing our beta app and are hopeful that we will be able to announce a public beta launch on July 30th. We’re planning to announce this on our Twitter and also have a more detailed announcement and post on our Medium Publication (Crumbs Corner) then. This should be a beta iOS version available on the App Store, will be making live roundup investments for all connected user accounts, and be the final stages of external testing leading up to our main launch.
Note: Our public beta will be actively investing your spare change into ten different crypto assets (MTL, BTC, ETH, XRP, BCH, EOS, LTC, XLM, XMR, DASH, ETC, ZEC, REP).
Being a startup based in the United States, we are subject to some of the most stringent regulatory compliance in the world. Having said that, we will likely receive the green light from our compliance to launch our public beta in approximately 39 states but will need additional licensing to launch in the following 11 states: AL, CT, GA, HI, ID, IL, KS, NY, NC, TX, and WA. We have every intention to be operational in all states, so we’re working hard and doing everything in our power to be fully compliant and operational in all states as soon as we can.
What does the Metal acquisition mean for Crumbs?
The acquisition means that we now have more resources including access to a world-class team of designers, engineers, finance, and business development that are working with us to ensure Crumbs is the leading crypto investing app period.
We also have some very exciting plans on our roadmap to integrate the Metal coin (MTL), into the Crumbs platform. This will offer a unique gamification element to the Crumbs investing experience for our users. We can’t share too much about this right now, but you can think along the lines of rewarding financially responsible behavior by receiving discounted fees for the usage of MTL.
What can we expect from Crumbs App?
One of our main priorities as we approach our public beta and main launch is stability and security with all of our core features that we will be launching with. Our beta and main launch builds will also have these features, which are round-ups, recurring buys, price tracking, portfolio management, and crypto news. We believe these features are core to the Crumbs App experience and have ensured that they will be shipped in our public beta build.
After our main launch, you can expect to see features such as instant buys, sells, and more gamified experience (see notes above about MTL integration).
