Mainnet Weekly Report

On September 1st, Crust Mainnet was officially launched, and block rewards were issued. As of November 29th, the number of nodes on Crust Mainnet was 8,004, and the storage capacity has reached 2,193 PB. The weekly data is as follows.

Protocol Layer

1. [Mainnet] Design multiple mechanisms to protect the network for Sudo (incl. stopping elections/marking good validators, etc.)

2. [Mainnet] Separate consensus dependencies of Babe and Grandpa on the client, separate the block verification of Best and Finality, improve the robustness of the chain client

3. [Mainnet] Lower the priority of Work Report transaction to maintain the normal transaction pool sequence under extreme conditions

Application Layer

1. [Apps] Adjust some display issues for network fluctuations

2. [Github Action] Fix the issues of Crust GA’s doc

3. [Crust CLI] Fix login bug
