Maxwell Preview Network Weekly Report
Crust Decentralized Storage Market was officially opened on February 28th, 2021 (GMT+8). There are 2,732 nodes in the entire network, with a total storage capacity of 640 PB as of June 7th. The network is currently in a state of lack of tokens.
Starting from the evening of May 5th, Crust Maxwell Preview Network has reduced token rewards, and after that, the daily output of the Preview Network will be 1,500 CRU.

Crust Openday #6
On June 9, Crust Openday #6 was held in Shanghai with the topic of “Parachain Slot Auction, Ready to Go”. Many guests in the Crust ecosystem and Polkadot ecosystem were invited to join the event to discuss the development of Crust ecosystem, application and parachain slot auction strategies of Polkadot ecosystem projects. Nearly a hundred people in the community and ecosystem participated in the event, expressing their attention and support for the recent development of Crust.
Crust to participate in the Kusama Parachain Slot Auction
Kusama’s first slot auction will be launched at 20:00 (GMT+8) on June 15th, 2021, and Crust will participate in the first slot auction! Crust has launched a specific incentivized plan. A total of 90,000 CRU and 18,000,000 CSM will be immediately distributed once the auction is successfully completed.
Crust has summarized multiple crowdloan channels that have been docked, and we welcome all the community members to choose based on platform features and their own usage habits.

Crust Data Creates Value Event
On June 20th, Crust will officially launch the “Data Creates Value” event. Up to 54,000 CRU will distribute to the users who use the Crust storage file. As long as users store data and stake CSM can get CRU rewards!

Crust Airdrop Event
On June 21th, 2021 21:00 (GMT+8), Crust will host an airdrop event through CoinMarketCap with a total reward of 9,000,000 CSM. The total number of airdrops is 1,000, each with 9,000 CSMs, and the event will use a random whitelist mechanism.

The Force Community Openday (Shanghai Station)
On June 15th, 2021 18:00 (GMT+8), Crust will participate in the offline event of The Force Community Openday (Shanghai Station) to discuss distributed storage with the topic of “Exploration of Decentralized Storage in the Polkadot Ecosystem” and participate in the panel discussion on “How Distributed Storage Leads the New Data Era”. Welcome all community members to register and participate.
The Comparison of Some Important Projects of The Storage Track
Darling Research conducted a specific analysis of the development status of decentralized distributed storage, and horizontally compared the application status of some important projects of the storage track, including Crust, Filecoin, DxChain, Arweave, Storj, Sia, Chia, Swarm, etc.
