Yoghourt Cloud Drive is an IPFS-based cloud drive with no speed limits. Shared links allow for direct downloads without needing a client. With the support of Crust, a decentralized storage provider, every successfully ordered file will generate 35+ backups across 1,500+ nodes globally.
Key Features
Unlimited Storage We place no limits on the maximum space of the cloud drive. Theoretically, it is infinite. This new operating model charges based on usage, allowing you to decide how much and how long to use it. Currently, you can get nearly 10GB of storage for a year for just a few cents, and we offer six months of free storage for all users’ files.
No Restrictions on Large Files Unlike other cloud drives that limit file upload size, our uploads are only limited by the disk size of your IPFS node cache. We locally chunk large files before uploading them, which are then reassembled into a large file via a DAG. Thus, the size of your cache disk determines the size of files you can upload.
High-Speed Transmission Based on the IPFS protocol, we do not actively limit speed. When using the Yoghourt Cloud Drive client, the cloud drive will use the built-in IPFS node for downloading, a P2P network. Web and mini-program access use a public gateway, where speed may be affected by current traffic. For high-speed downloads, use the Yoghourt Cloud Drive client. As IPFS evolves, browsers will also download directly via the IPFS network.
Multi-Device Support The cloud drive is available on Ubuntu/Debian, Windows, macOS, mobile H5, and WeChat/QQ mini-programs.
Security Assurance Every successfully ordered file generates 35+ backups, stored by over 1,500 nodes globally. Even if centralized services shut down one day, you can still download files via the provided index table using IPFS, avoiding slow downloads or inaccessible files. Even if we cease operations, we will do so gracefully, without exploiting users’ stored files.
Sharing Support Files stored in the resource library support sharing, allowing recipients to download files without a client.
Free to Use?
Absolutely! We offer six months of free storage for all uploaded files. Afterward, you will need to pay for renewal. You can also watch ads in the mini-program/app to earn points for file renewal. Rest assured, our storage costs are very reasonable.
Security and Privacy
We prioritize your privacy and data security. The cloud drive is divided into two spaces: a resource library and a private library. Files in the resource library are not encrypted, allowing for sharing but subject to AI review. Files violating local laws will be deleted. Illegally saved files via share links will also be removed. Files in the private library are encrypted, ensuring only you can access them. We promise not to use your data for any commercial purposes.
Compliance
To ensure the sustainable development of our cloud drive, we will monitor the resource library files. Please use our cloud drive responsibly and do not share illegal files. We have zero tolerance for illegal files and will cooperate with local police investigations if necessary.

Future Versions
We have developed cross-platform clients for PC, Mac, and Linux systems. We have also developed H5 web and mini-program versions for mobile. However, iOS and Android versions are still under optimization and are not yet available.
