What would an organization pay to meet XX% of their goals?
This is the question the team behind Gtmhub set out to solve. Regardless of the sector, field, or business model, every successful company needs a platform to track their organization’s strategic goals and how they are progressing towards them. Specifically, OKR’s (Objectives and Key Results) is one of the most popular methodologies to keep teams aligned on strategy and execution day-to-day, and one of the many processes that Gtmhub supports. The issue is in the details — integrating information from across an organization, ensuring real-time updates, and allowing managers to course correct as needed. It’s a business process that requires automation, and we believe no one is better suited to transform this category than Gtmhub.
Automating how organizations work is an area that CRV has been focused on for years, since our earliest investment in the likes of Airtable and Zendesk, we believe Gtmhub has all the right elements to change the game for OKRs: a design-oriented, enterprise grade product and unique access to talent. That’s why we’re thrilled to lead Gtmhub’s $9M Series A.
About a year ago, I was introduced to Ivan Osmak, co-founder and CEO, and was immediately impressed with his vision for Gtmhub. We surveyed the market of competing products, spoke to prospects and customers, and while most of their competitors solely focus on OKRs from an HR perspective, Gtmhub is the only product that takes a holistic approach, integrating more than 150 CRM, tasking, business intelligence and other commonly used tools to enable real-time progress monitoring. Additionally, the ability to service small companies and large enterprises across all sectors of business and geographies sets Gtmhub apart from the competition.
Right now, Gtmhub is focused on growing its team in the thriving tech community in Denver. And we’re looking forward to working with Ivan and his team as they continue to expand their platform for their customers.
