Today we’re thrilled to announce that Caitlin Bolnick Rellas has been promoted to general partner.
Prior to joining CRV, Caitlin cut her teeth as an investor at OpenView and was also part of the founding team at VentureApp (now HqO). Her experiences building a startup from scratch endear her to our founders because she knows the kind of grit and passion it takes to launch a successful startup .

Caitlin’s perseverance, determination and strong relationships are also something her colleagues at the firm appreciate in the boardroom and on the pickleball court. In fact, even before she joined CRV, she would pitch in and lend her talents as a great networker to the firm.
She is someone her teammates say is always helping other founders and has fun doing it. On Team CRV she’s known as being positive, upbeat and an extremely hard worker. While at CRV, she revamped our scout program and helped CRV secure deals with influential entrepreneurs.
