This is why crypto defi is risky

Yesterday (09–01–2022) I invested in a project that just launched, a rebase project on the Binance Smart Chain called $Photon. It was a so-called “fair” launch with no pre-sale or other holders.

As expected there was a lot of hype created around the project through lot of marketing. And when the project went live the price went up fast, after which is dropped again. This is due to the fact of bots.
