When consumers browse through an online store, the user experience is crucial in retaining their attention. No one wants to slog through a messy and unrefined user interface when they shop online. When the user experience of a website is good, consumers become more engaged and this leads to increased web traffic and sales.

Elysian, which is an ecommerce platform based on Blockchain Technology, has leveraged the use of both Artificial Intelligence(AI) and Virtual Reality(VR) to improve user experience. The two technologies enhances the Elysian platform with a host of improvements in its user experience.

In comparison to the other AIs out there in the market like SIRI and ALEXA, the Elysian AI can handle general tasks and information more efficiently by providing more detailed answers. Furthermore, most current AI relies on secretly mining user data for profit but the Elysian AI does not do so. The improved responses and transparency of the Elysian AI greatly boosts the ecommerce experience on the platform.

Another way in which Elysian refines user experience is through the use of VR. VR is capable of recreating the physical in-store experience for consumers right in the comfort of their homes. Elysian is implementing a customisable virtual reality environment that can be closely tailored to suit the tastes and preferences of consumers. This allows users to create their own personal virtual reality experience that results in a high level of consumer engagement. Along with vibrant graphics and detailed product descriptions, the Elysian platform promises to give a virtual reality experience that closely mimics the feeling of shopping in a physical brick and mortar store.
