Almost all private financial institutions in Japan including banks, credit unions, credit cooperatives, and agricultural cooperatives, are members of the network.

In response to this, except during maintenance periods, customers can transfer funds from their bank to bitbank at any given moment.

Regarding approval of payment application and arrival of the funds, the deadline will be Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 15:00 as usual, and the funds will arrive in the bank account in the next business day.

In addition, in the summer of last year, Ceres, a listed company promoting cryptocurrency-related businesses, announced to bitbank the “Capital and business alliance with cryptocurrency-related business and conversion to affiliate accounted for by the equity method.” In addition, Satoshi Togi, President and Representative Director of Ceres Corporation, took over as the new director in response to a business improvement order handed down by the Financial Services Agency.

They are working towards accelerating the expansion of its cryptocurrency-related businesses as well as regaining trust of the industry as a whole by drastically reviewing the internal control and management systems.
