Fujitsu to Adopt IOTA as a New Standard Protocol

On August 24, the IOTA Foundation announced on its official Twitter that Fujitsu, a major Japanese IT company, is planning to adopt IOTA as a new standard protocol.

With the introduction of IOTA technology, it is expected that the reliability of the supply chain and the audit trails of Fujitsu’s industrial production environment will be further enhanced.

Regarding the aims of the project, Fujitsu’s program manager Leopold Sternberg said, “We want to create and develop innovative technologies with our customers.”

IOTA is also advancing various other projects, and on the 25th of this month, they announced the launch of Trinity Wallet.

On the 24th and 25th of this month, the company is also planning to host an event on automated driving in urban areas titled the “Voice of Blockchain” in Chicago.
