In case you didn’t realize it before, you do now. The world is falling apart, economically, and national governments are unlikely to be our saviors. At least that’s the way it feels in the U.S..
So that begs the questions, how do we help ourselves? I believe we need to do that on a “community” level. Most of the communities in crypto are virtual communities, that sometimes meet in person. But in real life, we live in real communities. And one way that we, real life community members, can help ourselves, is via “Community Coins”. Local currency that can jumpstart and accelerate the growth of local economies.
Our first episode of “Community Coins” features Tomer Bariach, Founder & CEO of Seedbed, a community token platform based on saving and loan groups. Seedbed’s mission is to allow every community to create an alternative economy, a thriving independent sustainable economy, that is based on community saving group tokens. These economies will be a t combination of production for use and profit, and will be managed by the community, for the community.
Tomer will be joined by three different community coin projects leveraging the Seedbed platform to launch their community coins.

Our discussion will focus on community tokens. Why are they needed, how is that related to what’s going in the world, and how they’re actually deployed.
