優勝ギルドのメンバー全員：称号「2022 Guild Battle December」
戦績に応じてSoulが各ギルドに割り当てられ、各ギルドの参加ユーザーの撃破数に応じて、各参加ユーザーに分配されます。
（小数以下切り捨て）
例：優勝ギルドが合計で100勝していて、そのギルドの参加プレイヤーが10勝していた場合、840,000×10/100=84,000で、84,000Soulがそのプレイヤーに協賛される計算となります。
同率のギルドが発生した場合の分配について
撃破数の合計が同じギルドは順位が同率となります。同率順位が発生した場合、それぞれのギルドに、同率の順位とその次の順位の平均のSoulを授与します。
例：同率優勝が2ギルド発生した場合、優勝の840,000Soulと準優勝の660,000Soulの平均である750,000Soulが両ギルドに分配されます。

上記のルールでバトルに参加いただき、各ギルドの撃破数の合計を競います。合計撃破数が最大のギルドが優勝となります。
また、ギルドバトル中は同じギルドのメンバー同士ではマッチングしません。
※撃破数：Battle Royaleにおける勝利数を指します
バトルモード:「Battle Royale」とは
それぞれの参加者はギルドバトルの開始時に残機を５つ持っていて、残機が0になるまで対戦可能です。
１勝するたびに撃破数が1増加し、1敗するたびに残機が1つ減ります。
参加権について
ギルド戦の参加権は、同月開催のチャレンジカップの各ギルド順位でレジェンド級において上位10名とゴールド級において上位5名となった1ギルド15名合計75名に与えられます。
レジェンド級における各ギルドの参加者が10名に満たない場合、不足した人数分、ゴールド級における各ギルドの上位から順に出場権が与えられます。
※万が一、1ギルドのチャレンジカップ参加者が15人に満たなかった場合は参加した人数でギルドバトルに参加していただく形となります。
ギルド内で同順位が発生し、15名を超過してしまう場合は以下のように順位を決定します。
・同率だった場合勝率が高いユーザーを上位とする。
・同率かつ同勝率の場合は勝利数が多いユーザーが上位とする。
・同率かつ同勝率、同勝利数の場合は最高レートが高いユーザーを上位とする。
・以上でも決まらない場合はイベント開始後により早く1勝目をあげたユーザーを上位とする。
※ランク戦のランキングページの順位はレートの数値が同じ場合は順位が同じになるように表示されるため、参加権獲得圏内の順位が表記されていても実際の定員を超えていて、参加権を得られない場合があるためご注意ください。
参加権の配布をもって権利獲得といたしますのでランク戦終了後のお知らせをご確認ください。
ギルドバトル参加権の譲渡
ギルドバトルへの参加権を持つプレイヤーが当日ギルドバトルに参加できない場合、事前に各ギルド内で参加権を譲渡することが可能です。
譲渡可能時間：12/24 23:59まで
参加権の獲得は各ユーザーのお知らせにて表示されます。
譲渡する場合は、参加権の獲得時のお知らせよりタップしていただくかギルド画面より実行することができます。
不具合等による残機数の損失について
ギルド戦の公平性を期すため、いかなる不具合が発生しようとも不具合によって損失した補填は行いません。ギルド戦に参加される場合は、以上の点についてご了承の上でご参加いただきます。
※負荷やチート、その他想定外のトラブルが発生する可能性がございますが、ご了承の上ご参加いただけますと幸いです。

MCHC will be assigned to each guild according to the battle record, and will be distributed to each participating user according to the number of defeated users in each guild.

Example: If the winning guild has won a total of 100 and the participating players in that guild have won 10 times, 840,000×10/100=84,000, and84,000Soul will be awarded to that player.
Distribution when guilds of the same rate occur
Guilds with the same total number of defeats will have the same rank. If a tie rank occurs, each guild will be awarded the average Soul for the tie rank and the next rank.
Example: If two guilds have the same victory, 840,000Soul, which is the average of 660,000Soul for the winner and 750,000Soul for the runner-up, will be distributed to both guilds.
Rule: “Battle Royale” (remaining 5)

Participate in the battle according to the above rules and compete for the total number of defeats of each guild. The guild with the highest total number of defeats will be the winner.
Also, during a guild battle, members of the same guild will not match each other.
-Number of defeats: Refers to the number of wins in Battle Royale.
Battle Mode: What is “Battle Royale”?
Each participant has 5 remaining planes at the beginning of the guild battle and can play until the remaining planes reach 0.
Each win increases the number of defeats by 1, and each loss reduces the number of remaining aircraft by 1.
About participation right
Participation in guild battles will be given to a total of 75 guild players, who are the top 10 in the legendary class and the top 5 in the gold class in each guild ranking of the Challenge Cup held in the same month.
If the number of participants in each guild in the Legend class is less than 10, the qualification will be given in order from the top of each guild in the Gold class for the shortage.

If there is a tie in the guild and you exceed 15 people, the ranking will be decided as follows.
・ If the rates are the same, the users with the highest winning percentage will be ranked high.
・ If the rate is the same and the winning rate is the same, the user with the most wins will be ranked high.
・ If the rate is the same, the winning rate is the same, and the number of wins is the same, the user with the highest rate is ranked high.
・ If the above is not decided, the user who won the first win earlier after the start of the event will be ranked higher.

Transfer of guild battle participation rights
If a player who has the right to participate in a guild battle cannot participate in the guild battle on the day, it is possible to transfer the right to participate in each guild in advance.

The acquisition of participation rights will be displayed in each user’s notification. If you want to transfer it, you can tap it from the notification when you get the participation right or you can do it from the guild screen.

In order to ensure the fairness of the guild battle, no matter what kind of trouble occurs, we will not compensate for the loss caused by the trouble. When participating in a guild battle, please be aware of the above points before participating.
