We were so pleased to host our Telegram AMA session with Landshare where we gave you the chance to ask the team anything you liked. And you certainly delivered!

First of all we would like to convey our apologies for postponing the AMA from yesterday, some tasks are so urgent in nature that cannot be ignored! So here it is! We are back with another power packed session of AMA with a high potential project - #LandShare!!

The community had been waiting for #LandShare! And finally you are here!! Hope you enjoy the chit-chat and inquisitive and Interesting questions by our community today!

Let's get started then! We have few questions from our end first, then we will move on to #Twitter picks and Community round.

So, to begin with Jordan, would really like to know more about you, your background, experience, and journey in Crypto space.

Jordan: I started out with crypto around 2012, as is the case with many of us first buying Bitcoin when crypto was in its early stages. Once Ethereum and smart contracts started to come around, I was able to use my development background to start exploring what would eventually become the expansive DeFi space we see today. It has truly been amazing to see the evolution of crypto over the years. I am primarily a developer on the team, and have experience working in the cyber space with the US Air Force. My co-founders and I were beginning to explore the real estate investment market, and we decided that we could combine our love for crypto and our new real estate venture to try to offer a unique investment experience on the blockchain. Thus, Landshare was born!

Mike Amaze: Now this is superb!!
It is always truly awesome to meet folks who have been in crypto space since the very early years of its development!

And that another cool fact about you - experience of working in Cyber Space with US Air Force!! Already a salute and #respect mate! No wonder you guys are able to come up with one of the very needful things that blockchain would be ventured into - real estate!

Awesome! Moving on to our next question

Can you briefly describe #LandShare? What is it trying to do in real estate blockchain space?

Jordan: I think our primary object is to combine elements of DeFi specifically into real estate - things like staking, NFTs, and governance. We combine these features with real estate backed tokens, which offer fractional investment opportunities on the blockchain, and I think we are delivering something truly unique. As time goes on I think we are going to continue to see more and more security tokens and other asset backed ventures in the space, and by leveraging the power of smart contracts and crypto we can elevate traditional real estate to a new level.

Mike Amaze: I think we are delivering something truly unique --> Couldn't agree more!! This is inspiring now - we can elevate traditional real estate to a new level!! When someone at the helm of project has such an outstanding vision, definitely it has got every recipe of success!

Alright, moving on to our next question -

What are the listing plans of #LandShare, and which exchanges are being targeted?

Jordan: We were able to land our first CEX listing back in December with Gateio. This was a nice first step, but our next targets are exchanges like Kucoin and Huobi. These exchanges will allow us to offer the token to thousands of new investors and increase our trading volume. Maybe someday we can shoot even higher, but of course this process is one step at a time!

Mike Amaze: Outstanding! Already on one of the top tier ones! - Gate.io!

Yes needless to say Kucoin and Huobi are great exchanges again! Maybe someday we can shoot even higher - on this, our community is definitely always excited to ask the question - When Binance? 😉 But glad to see those roadmaps clocking, I am sure its not that far too! 😃

Could you briefly share the roadmap of #LandShare, the way ahead, any cool updates we should be looking for the project?

Jordan: For Q1 2022, we have 2 new features we intend to launch. The first is our play to earn real estate NFTs, where you can invest in a real world property and receive an NFT version of it that can be be upgraded and renovated for additional yields. It basically works like a resource management game, where you build production facilities and harvest resources. You then use those resources to manage repairs, upgrades, or increasing production. The NFTs multiply the yields from your real estate tokens, so the more you have the more you can make. You can see a more detailed break down on our medium at landshare.medium.com.

The second feature is our loan protocol, which works like many other platforms such as Venus, but instead uses real estate tokens as collateral. This feature allows our investors to have access to liquid cash to trade or invest without the need to sell their real estate investment.

Mike Amaze: Wow!! This is super cool - "where you can invest in a real world property and receive an NFT version of it"

Yess!! So this that magical DeFi connection, which is totally out of the box - This feature allows our investors to have access to liquid cash to trade or invest without the need to sell their real estate investment. Loved to know these features as they separate the project from anything out there in the space with such a finesse!

We would really like to know about any potential tie-ups/partnerships #LandShare could have in future?

Jordan: We are always seeking new partnerships and have made many great ones already - as far as future partnerships we do not announce until they are finalized. However we are currently seeking some new partners that tie in with our new NFT feature. There are tons of great NFT-based projects out there, so we have many options. Of course, we will announce any new partners when they are finalized.

Q1: (@Cristin_lee45) Interesting! Good project to consider but can you tell us more about House buildings Become a Landlord and Land/Real Estate Assets in your platform? how are we going to income from it? and who will rent the land or the house, please tell us.

Jordan: Real estate on the Landshare platform uses a process called tokenization. In this process, a new subsidiary corporation is formed for the sole purpose of holding a single real estate asset. The shares of that corporation are then converted to tokens which can be purchased on the platform. So by holding the tokens, you become a co-owner of the asset. The property is managed by the Landshare team or a real estate management company. The rental income generated from the property is airdropped to each token holder relative to their share of ownership.

Q2: (@Tomie_chana) You specialize in the tokenized Real Estate Markets utilizing Blockchain technology. How do you keep the Transparency in all transactions since you are acting as the 3rd party or The Bridge to your clients?

Jordan: Investors get to see the exact property they are invested in, and can view all of the data and projections about the property. This means that unlike a REIT, investors do not rely on the management of a real estate portfolio by a third party. Additionally, token holders have the final say with regards to selling the property or not. We aim to put the control in the hands of the token holders, while we handle the maintenance, management, and legal side of things.

Mike Amaze: That is really good - We aim to put the control in the hands of the token holders , We really love our community to ask such amazing questions which let us know more detail about the project!

Q3. (@JesonWright) As I saw #landshare is Bringing Real Estate to the Blockchain. so please could you share how your team really do this

Jordan: As mentioned above, we use a process called tokenization. This is a fully legally compliant process where the shares of the holding entity are represented by tokens. This is a new concept that is gaining a lot of traction for not only real estate but also art, collectibles, and other high value real world assets. It allows for the fractionalized ownership of anything you can imagine, including real estate.

Q4: (@KhandelwalAmit4) What would Landshare say it's key strength or differentiator as a project among different real estate blockchain universe projects? How does #Landshare intends to have continued competitive advantage over their peers?

Jordan: Our main angle is combining the real estate investment with DeFi and other features that are familiar to crypto users. As I mentioned above, our next two major features are loans and NFTs - both staples of the crypto space. Simply offering real estate investment on the blockchain is nice, but we can elevate it further with these integrations.

Q5: (@Timmie_Creation) Real estate and Landed property has lots to do with one's location, my question is that is your project a worldwide project, and Can it be used to secure a real-estate anywhere in the world??

Jordan: For now since we are based in the US, we are focused on US real estate. As we grow and expand, we hope to find partners outside of the US that can bring international real estate to the platform. Certain countries have legal restrictions for real estate ownership and investment, but for the most part tokenized real estate is a possibly around the world.

Mike Amaze: Definitely a unique project like would have no boundaries in future for sure!

Q1. In developing countries, millions of users lack access to the basic banking services, not to talk of access to more advanced financial opportunities. Also, they often have to transact using highly unstable fiat currencies which are prone to episodes of sudden profound devaluation. What approaches will #LANDSHARE use to bringing crypto payments and DeFi to those users in the developing countries?

Jordan: Our platform is a great way for investors around the world to invest is real estate - which has proven to be a stable investment that increases in value over time. Expanded access is one of the great benefits of tokenized real estate.

Q2. What’s your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?

Jordan: We believe that if we deliver our products and they are high quality, everything else will fall into place. So that is always the focus.

Q3. Hi sir @LandshareAdmin

Regarding the current market situation it's too volatile, holding back investors.. So can you give me some good reasons why I should buy your tokens in this market situation? And also why should your token holders continue to hold?

Please answer sir thanks you!

Jordan: Our real estate backed tokens are a great option for bear markets, because they are not susceptible to the violent fluctuations of the market. Real estate always holds its value and usually increases, and generates passive income too.
