Team Introduction
Daemon : Poltergeist is a crypto currency exchange with a focus on anonymity and privacy coins. Poltergiest Exchange offers private trading, very low fees, and an amazing user experience.

Crypto King : Also, we would like to know more about you and your journey in the Crypto space.
Daemon : I have been in the crypto space for over 4 years, and was the original founder of GHOST by McAfee along with John McAfee. I started working on Poltergeist in fall of 2020 and launched in January!
Crypto King : That’s awesome. So I have a couple of questions to ask which I was pondering over for quite a while.
Daemon : Shoot.
Crypto King : Where is the project headquartered?
Daemon : We don’t have a headquarters. Our team is scattered throughout the world on 5 continents. Our final version of our product will be a fully decentralized cross chain dex with private stable coin.
You control your own funds, and trading, and there will be no central servers.
Crypto King : Great so I saw your roadmap and I was pretty much impressed with the delivery you guys have made over past few weeks. This really excites me as an investor in the project. One quick question before we open up for the community.
How big is the team?
Daemon : Currently there are 7 people working with us, but we are expanding. Outside of working with the GHOST by McAfee team to bring some amazing features to crypto, we are also in the process of hiring a couple more devs.
Crypto King : Wow that’s fantastic. Ok one more that struck my mind. You have your listing on $Uniswap tomorrow so how much liquidity are we planning to lock in.
Daemon : Yes UniSwap listing is in about 36 hours. We are ading 5 figures as an exchange, and a handful of our biggest investors are adding as well.

Q1. The name of your project (Poltergeist Exchange) is similar to a project called GHOST, and coincidentally GHOST is listed on your platform. Is there any relationship between your platform and the listed tokens or is your platform planning to build its own token in the future?

Q2. Insurance should be one of the high priority in any exchange. How has Your Project worked on this, in case any attack or hack kind of thing?
Daemon : We are releasing a cross chain decentralized exchange, not a centralized one.
We have talked about some defi insurance options where people could choose to get protection only if THEY wanted, but it would be a protocol developed, and we are early on these talks.
Q3. What the unique features #Ghoul will offer for user? Can you please explain some of the feature?
Daemon : GHOUL will be a main net product built as a side chain on GHOST by McAfee. The GHOUL side chain will enable private trading on GHOST, a private stable coin, and more!

Q4. While you build your project, do you take into account community feedbacks and demands?
Daemon : This is a community ran project. We take all input into account
Q5. How can users stay updated with this project? Are there channels, including local communities where users can get the latest updates?

Q6. What is total supply ? Are your plans to focus on market or to grow community?
Daemon : After our recent burns, the total supply is 61,208,631.
Q7. Can you indicate a feature or feature that you like best about the platform so that it can compete with other competitors? What are you most confident about for your platform? Do you have plans to get users to choose your platform?
Daemon : We are really excited about our private stable coin, private leverage, private farming, and more.

Q8. what is Poltergeist strategy to compete with other exchanger that already exist? Do you have special trick of marketing that possible to boost trade flows and invite new trader in your exchange Poltergeist ?
Daemon : For 1, we have just partnered with John McAfee and GHOST by McAfee to build our products as side chains on GHOST. Marketing will begin soon on this, and I think it will bring a ton of exposure our way
Q9. Just curious as to why did you choose to build the CEX platform and then transition over to DEX? Apart from privacy what other benefits you have entailed from transition?
Daemon : The DEX we are building is very complicated. We decided to put out this product as a proof of concept and to get some brand awareness before our main net launch.
Our current exchange is a CEX, but we don’t collect customer info, and do not do KYC.
Q10. While many exchange delisted the privacy coin, why you decided to build a project with only privacy coin? What actually do you wanted to prove?
Daemon : A lot of exchanges have been delisting privacy coins and this will continue to accelerate. We want to provide a safe haven and an ecoystem of privacy based products for users.
Q11. I am an EXPERIENCED DEVELOPER AND ETHICAL HACKER, do you have plans for HACKATHON so as to check the security of your ecosytem periodically and also invite developers to build?
Daemon : We don’t have plans for something like this YET, but yes once our main net product is ready for beta we will def be doing things like this. Keep up with our info in Telegram as to not miss this.
Q12. What will be most important priorities in 2021? Could you share some plans and upcoming partnership ?
Daemon : We have partnered with GHOST by McAfee to bring our main net to their blockchain.
This will include cross chain privacy transactions, a private stable coin, private farming, private, leverage, private dapps, and more!We have partnered with GHOST by McAfee to bring our main net to their blockchain.
Q13. Do the token holders have right to participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?
Daemon : Yes GHOUL holders have full voting rights, reduced trading fees, fee distribution from Poltergest Exchange and more!
Q14. How is the governance of token? As I understand it, it is only published in an external wallet, in which platforms can it be exchanged?
Daemon : Our main net swap for GHOUL will be later this year. GHOUL holders will have full governance options/voting rights.
Right now, GHOUL is an erc20 token.
