I’m Still Waiting for a Credible IEO Success Story

I’m afraid that I do not share your enthusiasm about IEOs. Legal issues aside, my intel suggests that they are already failing badly. And if history is any guide, by the time founders who are signing up now realize this, they will feel too invested to make rational decisions. And that’s exactly where the exchanges want them. I have talked to several founders who wish they had never signed up to do an IEO. I have not talked to any who are glad they did. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
