Poor information means unequal information. In layman’s terms, you can make money by selling something you know to someone who doesn’t know it. for example, In the 1980s and 1990s, if you knew where you could buy cheaper goods, buy them back, and then sell them at a higher price, you could make a good profit (the difference) in the middle.
