They say “a strong woman looks a challenge in the eye and gives it a wink”, over the past years the quote has been fully established by some notable women in the industry, a scenario that has sent a shocking yet an appealing wave across the industry, below are the top 10 women that have shown not only leadership skills but innovative skills in our favorite industry.

Maxine’s rise to fame in the blockchain industry is an astonishing one, with no background technology knowledge, she rose from been a college dropout to the co-founder and chief operations officer of Bitspark, a Hong Kong-based remittance startup, her brand allows users to send money across the globe without the need of a bank account and eliminating associated fees. She recently stepped down from her role as the co-founder due to internal restructuring
