What is happiness to you ? are you happy with your life ? or do you thing u will be happy after achieving something or after having some particular things in your life ? In simple words are you looking for happiness in your life or in your relationship? Lets understand what actually happiness is :

WHAT IS HAPPINESS?

Happiness is not something ready made. its is something that you need to work upon. HAPPINESS is fulfilment , satisfaction and feeling of joy. happiness has many different definitions but it can be best defined as the way we see , process and interpret our reality. we search for it everywhere but it is the power that we have within us.

HOW YOU CAN BE A HAPPY PERSON?

you can have happiness by letting go of your bad memories and live a life in present moment. there are few of the factors discuss below to practice for a happy life:

GRATITUDE

In one study, participants were asked to write daily for 10 to 20 minutes each night before bed. While Some people were instructed to write about daily hassles, some about events, and some about things they are grateful for. The results found that people who had written about gratitude had high positive emotions, increased subjective happiness, and improve life satisfaction.

GOAL IN LIFE

Study has found that people who feel they have a purpose in their life led a better life and feel more fulfilled. A sense of purpose involves having goals, direction, and meaning in your life. It help improve happiness by promoting healthy life.

MEDITATION

Meditate daily or weekly and take some time out for yourself. Discover your inner self , look deep inside yourself while you meditate. discard any negativity that is keeping space in your mind. forgive others and yourself . don’t worry about your future or past. Stay in the present moment and think about the blessings you have in your life.
