Our mind is an amazing part of our body. It releases multiple neurotransmitters to perform the tasks. Dopamine is a neurotransmitter that gives a sense of happiness, pleasure, and calmness. It makes the brain stay relaxed and peaceful. Dopamine has an excellent quality to buffer adrenaline also known as epinephrine. A higher level of epinephrine makes a person feel like quitting.

Dopamine gives the feeling of continuity and suppresses the level of epinephrine in our brain. In simple words, we need to increase the level of dopamine hormone in our brain. This can only be achieved by different thoughts shifting techniques. Every time I experience anything new, the neurons in our brain make new connections. These connections also manifest physical change.

Brain and body are constantly in dialogue. when we are depressed, we tend to be in a more defensive type posture. When we are feeling good, we tend to be in a more relaxed and extended posture. But it doesn’t mean that by shifting body posture you can shift your mind. Thoughts are uncontrollable but they can be deliberately introduced in many ways.

Try to find ways to reduce complaining. This will help you in creating a positive impact In your life. Instead of complaining, try finding solutions to the problem. Listen to people who have overcome hardships in life. Talk to them.

It’s a powerful practice that changes the pattern of your mind. Through meditation, you can alter your mental state from alpha to beta waves, theta, and delta. The Alpha state is referred to as the first state which starts from the light relaxation phase. This stage starts connecting you with your inner mind which is your subconscious mind. This connection with your inner self helps you in creating new ideas, and problem-solving techniques and reduces anxiety. With Regular meditation practice, you can access other deeper layers of consciousness.

Gratitude helps the brain to produce serotonin which increases the production of dopamine. As discussed earlier, dopamine is a pleasure hormone. The more we show gratitude, the healthier and happier our body and mind will feel.
