Submission Guideline for CryptocurrencyScripts Publication

To date, we have received over 100 requests from authors interested in publishing on our Medium publication. We are humbled by the attention we have gained since we started the publication about two years ago. Not to sound so official, but considering that we’ve kept the whole thing plain and organic, we are growing at an impressive rate. Submissions are still open to every Tech, Web3, and Fintech writer (Click here to apply).

To maintain a good level of quality and ensure that our followers are receiving value from our publication, we are adjusting the terms for submission approval. The CryptocurrencyScripts publication is meant to offer followers something interesting to read. As simple as that…no marketing, no scams, no spam; just information, puns, jokes, rants, and any other thing you could think of.

Unfortunately, a good percentage of recent publications are not aligned with this and we hope to address this moving forward.

Post Quality

In a nutshell, direct marketing pieces are not accepted in the publication. While authors are free to include referral links or banners to their publications, the article’s primary message should be beneficial to the regular reader.

The title of a post must not contain the name of an affiliated firm. Mentions of crypto tokens are allowed.

Articles marketing development firms must first describe the technology and give useful insight before proceeding to market the firm. Marketing sections must not exceed 2 (TWO) paragraphs.

Marketing banners should not be used as the lead image in the article. Each article should be limited to a maximum of ONE banner.

Distribution

While we haven’t noticed this yet, it is important to state that we frown at authors pulling their work from the publication a while after approval. We have no rules against this and agree that authors should have the right to distribute their works as desired.

However, we will prioritize authors who leave their work permanently on the publication. This also applies to authors who publish exclusively on the publication.

Plagiarism

What can we say, plagiarism is a war against authors and an author shouldn’t fight against another. To keep it simple, plagiarized works will NOT be accepted.

AI-generated texts

AI advancement will be one of the biggest achievements of our generation’s technology. At CryptocurrencyScripts, we encourage the positive use of AI and text-generation technologies. However, we encourage authors to humanize the AI-generated texts and ensure that information generated by the GPT is verified as this technology is still in the early growth stage and is yet to be perfected.

Conclusion

CryptocurrencyScripts is an inclusive publication. The idea is to give every writer a voice. We are putting things in place to improve the reach of every author who publishes with us. However, this effort will be futile if the posts do not meet readers halfway with their needs. We appreciate quality posts and consider them an effort to add value to the publication.
