BarnBridge protocol launches new application to simplify portfolio management
Decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol BarnBridge has announced the launch of its newest application that will help users passively manage their cryptocurrency portfolios. Dubbed “SMART Exposure,” the application will manage ERC-20 token portfolios of users by auto-rebalancing their exposure according to their selected pair proportion. SMART Exposure supports wrapped BTC, wrapped ETH, and USDC and with pairings weighted to 50/50 and 75/25 ratios.
Auto-rebalancing is possible because SMART Exposure maintains its own asset pools. In addition, SMART Exposure has been integrated with Chainlink Keepers to provide external rates for rebalancing. This allows rebalancing to be fully automated and executed with minimal slippage, so investors get to keep more of their money instead of losing more to volatility and fees.
SMART Exposure is only currently available on the Ethereum mainnet but the team is already working on expanding to Polygon Network. In fact, BarnBridge already confirmed that it will be deployed to the Polygon Network in the coming weeks.
