Project Updates: November 5, 2021
Hey everyone, we are making this (pretty big) announcement about CryptoEmpire to keep you all in the loop. It will take a couple of minutes to read through!

NEAR NFT Card Sale
As most of you know we postponed the NEAR NFT card minting last week. Rest assured we are still working very closely with the NEAR team, and our devs continue to be building products on NEAR. For the reasons stated below, we will have to postpone the NEAR launch until integration in our game metaverse is complete. CryptoEmpire has been positioned as and will be a multi-chain platform, and NEAR is definitely our priority. To make up for this delay, all whitelisted members of the NEAR card presale will automatically be whitelisted for the CryptoEmpire token sales.
A Formidable Gaming Empire
With CryptoEmpire we have always wanted to become a blockchain gaming metaverse with quality art and a fully functional ecosystem. As hardcore gamers ourselves, we believe the entertainment value of virtual gaming should be first and foremost. Without affecting DeFi and NFT integrations, we are currently readapting CryptoEmpire to include an improved combat mechanism that will provide higher interactivity, and enhanced visual effects for a better player experience.
We are excited to share that we have made additions to our product development team. Our new members have extensive backgrounds in game development and design for different mobile and console games. They participated in the production of Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG), Tom Clancy’s The Division 2, Call of Duty, Monster Hunter, and Diablo — names which may be familiar to some of you! Starting with the first “Token Wars” card battle game, we are confident their combined strengths will help CryptoEmpire come to fruition very soon.

Platform Integration
For lower transaction costs and to ensure a smooth gaming experience, we have chosen Binance Smart Chain (BSC) as CryptoEmpire’s token settlement blockchain. In the first phase, all gaming tokens and in-game assets will be issued on BSC.
Benefits for Early Supporters
To early supporters who own Ethereum collection cards — we are eternally grateful! Given the high gas fees on Ethereum of late, we have decided to move on-chain assets to BSC in this initial stage so that you will not be set back by gas fees during gameplay. We will do an Ethereum wallet snapshot (time TBA) and airdrop the same cards to your BSC address. All Ethereum card owners will also be entitled to CryptoEmpire token airdrops.
Fundraising and partnership information
Since our launch, we have had the privilege of working with many notable blockchain investment institutions and gaming communities. Full disclosure on CryptoEmpire investor information will be shared by the end of November.
