Cryptofully Team Spotlight: Featuring Possible Okpara

Possible Okpara, our multi-talented Customer Support Specialist is the focus of our Cryptofully Team Spotlight feature. Possible joined Cryptofully in August this year and quickly became an integral part of the team.

How do you prefer to start your day?

With a little exercise. could be a stretch, a little jump, a little sit up. Just anything to warm up and get the body fit for the day’s tasks, even though I have lazy mornings sometimes.

Are you an early bird or a night owl?

I am both, but I am likely to lean towards one at a particular time, it all depends on what the day, week, month, or year needs needs me to be

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

My ability to adapt and communicate with just about anyone and at any time. Effective Communication is what drives any business and that is what has been an integral part of my career growth.

What energizes you at work?

Ordinarily, I enjoy talking to and listening to people. Having to do what I really love doing is the energy I need.

What drains you at work?

Being misunderstood and not being heard can be quite draining. As a person who is huge on communication, it gets a little saddening when I’m not being listened to or when I get misunderstood. This can be by co-workers or even customers.

And oh! a delay in getting the necessary information from the right sources, like when I need to do a task and it’s success is dependent on another person who isn’t available or disposed at that moment.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert in something, what would it be?

An expert in my field definitely. A Communication expert!!

What’s something you’ve done, but will never do again?

Be impatient.

I’ve realized that sometimes a little patience is all that is needed to create a difference.

What’s the best compliment you’ve ever received?

“You are doing a great job!”

Actually, I get that a lot. 😋

What’s one totally irrational fear that you have?

Frogs! I don’t know why, but I can’t imagine being in the same space with a frog, the thought of it gives me a little anxiety.

I’ve actually never had a traumatic experience with frogs. It’s just an irrational fear. I guess it might have to do with the fact that I also have a little case of trypophobia.

What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy day?

Movies!! I can actually say I’m a movie freak. I enjoy going to the movies and I usually don’t care what time of the day it is. Movies help me relax a lot!
