1. Complete abolition of centralized exchange ->Complete transition to BSC DeFi
We apologize for causing distrust to many people due to this bug.
When migrating from the old system to the new system, there was a problem that had not been realized until now (cryptocurrency cannot be withdrawn from the old development wallet).
We are currently proceeding with negotiations with the old development with all our strength, including this countermeasure, but we have not yet reached a solution.
As we announced last time, we are not completely out of touch, and we are carefully negotiating with the slow response.
Regarding the official opening of the new system, the centralized exchange, we thought that it would start as soon as the complete transition was completed, but since it is expected to take longer than expected, we decided to completely abolish the centralized exchange. Decided.
As an alternative system, we have built DeFi on BSC (Binance Smart Chain) and are proceeding with the remodeling of CHERRY SWAP as a system that allows you to trade directly from each wallet.
In addition, due to this bug, DeFi operation will be returned to the former Moldova operation, and Mr. Justin will only be provided with CBD.

In addition, with the transition to DeFi on BSC, we plan to exchange the current $ chery $ pchery for tokens on BSC. In addition, we are planning to abolish $ pchery and plan to convert the ratio to 1 gram of CBD and $ chery which is stable.

2. About the new DeFi
The protocol to be built on BSC will be a fork protocol inspired by Basis Cash.
Its value by the Argostable mechanism designed to keep $ CHERY at the stable price of 1 gram of CBD (currently under consideration for $ 15–25) using 3 types of tokens ($ CHERY $ sCHERY $ bCHERY) It is an attempt to maintain.
