How does withdraw proceed?
Currently we are preparing for the official launch while on the last phase of testing Lock&Mining function.
We apologize for the withdraw issue we caused at early of beta version release.
In order to avoid the confusion, let us explain the withdraw process:
1)Request withdraw in exchange
2)Complete 2FA
3)Withdraw confirmation mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
4)Select “To Confirm : Click here” in the mail.
5)withdraw request will proceed within 24 hours.
If you have missed the withdraw confirmation mail, please check the spam folder and make sure you have registered the right e-mail.
If you still don’t find the withdraw confirmation mail, please contact us then we will send it again.
We have also received some questions from the community so here is the answer.
1) Why did you choose Moldova as a new base?
Here’s the main 3 reasons why:
-Their stance on cryptocurrency is tolerant and unregulated compared to other countries.
-We got an opportunity to talk with members who helped to establish the first and only exchange on Moldova
-There’s no exchange from another country
2)When will the exchange officially launch?
Considering the current situation, the official launch of our CEX will delay 1 month.
A different team is working for establishing DEX and we are aiming for opening at August.
3)Where I can see more details about the lock up mining system?
There’s still a possibility to have changes in the system after the test.
The details will be posted after the system is all confirmed.
