Today we’re especially excited to announce that Arseniy Poyarkov, DigRate founder board member, joins CryptoIns as a Chief Adviser.

You may already know Arseniy as a successful entrepreneur and experienced blockchain investor. Graduate of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, Institute of International Economics and International Relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Ph.D. Arseniy is also the founder and head of the DigRate rating committee, the president of BusinessDrom, a member of the expert council of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on the digital economy and blockchain. At CryptoIns, he will serve as a chief adviser and will help the project with his meaningful insights and invaluable knowledge of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.

Does the value of Bitcoin matter? It does not matter if you lost your cryptocurrency assets as a result of a crypto exchange crash, an attack on a wallet or for other reasons.
