My Nightmare in Crypto Exchange
It’s kinda baffled me they allow you to deposit your coin into their site, but will refuse to give any of it back unless you can prove your identity with them, and no where except in the help section do they warn you about it, which you won’t see until you run into the problem.
I gave them all the information I gave my bank (which I also signed up for online). Here’s the difference with what happened between the two. My bank took a couple of hours to actually check and confirm that all the information I gave them was accurate, checked my public records, and had no problem confirming who I was.
Bittrex — I sent the info and a fraction of a second later I got the message that they couldn’t confirm my identity. When in that fraction of a second’s time did they have the time to actually even check? My bank had no problem. No problem at all.
No where in the agreement did I see anything about this. No where in signing up did I see any warnings or terms of conditions talking about this. They leave it in the help section only, a place where you only go to AFTER running into a problem. They make no actual effort in confirming my identity which my bank had no problem doing. And, they have a policy where they’ll claim any coin that is left alone for too long for themselves…
Beware when using this exchange cause they claim to have customer support, but the responses only seem automated. I put in a ticket months ago and still no answer.
Talking about exchanges, there is one that is I am very positive and believe a game changer. The said: “We are building the most easy to use interface, so even your grandma can exchange in crypto”. Now, how cool is that?
Next Exchange and I have invested in their ICOs cause I’m seeing the future in this. Awesome benefits for token holders such as low fees, quarterly dividends, paring cryto currency to FIAT, paypal integration and etc. A great team is behind it. I believe this is a diamond in the rough.
