There’ve been so many changes recently implemented so it’s the very time to share them with you! Here are our frequently asked questions in an updated version.

How can I buy Bitcoin/Ethereum on Cryptology?

You can deposit cash from your bank card, the fee is 3.5%.

Wire transactions are available with competitive prices.

What types of cards are supported?

You can deposit using your VISA and MasterCard. For withdrawals only SEPA wire transfers may be used.

We are working on adding other methods in the future.

Do I need to be verified to make a EUR/USD deposit?

At the moment in order to deposit fiat, basic verification is required. You can pass the verification right in the application.

If you want to increase the limit, you can apply for advanced verification which includes a photo ID + selfie. It usually takes up to several hours to be verified.

Why doesn’t my card deposit go through?

In some cases as a part of our AML policy we charge a small random amount (for example $1.42) which you need to enter in the verification field. You can find the full instruction here.

If your deposit doesn’t go through you’ve either entered an incorrect value in the verification field or (in rare cases) your bank’s restricted payments to particular merchants.

What are your withdrawal fees?

Fees for withdrawal are the following: 0.0005 for BTC; 0.009 for ETH, 0.0002 for BCH and ZEC, 0 for NGC, CV and COB, 5.00 for USDT and 0.003 for LTC.

Wire transactions are available with competitive prices.

How much do you charge in trading fees?

Both maker and taker fees are just 0.02%.

What is your minimum order size?

Our minimum order size is as low as 0.01 of fiat currency or equivalent of $0.01 in cryptocurrency.

What currencies do you support?

We currently support ZEC/BTC, ZEC/USD, ZEC/EUR, NGC/ETH, LTC/USDT, LTC/BTC, LTC/EUR, LTC/USD, ETH/USD, ETH/USDT, ETH/BTC, ETH/EUR, CV/ETH, COB/ETH, BTC/USD, BTC/USDT, BTC/EUR, BCH/USD, BCH/USDT, BCH/BTC, BCH/EUR pairs along with new token pairs (all tradeable with ETH). We’re going to add all major altcoins and proceed with listing new ERC20 (and other) token pairs soon.

How can I list a coin/token and how much does it cost?

Listing on Cryptology Exchange is free of charge, we consider such factors as trading volume, community, markets listed and overall rating.

We’re open to cooperation with interesting projects so you can send a description of yours to listing@cryptology.com for our consideration.

When did you launch your application?

We released our app for IOS and Android on March 23, 2018.

Can I trade on the web platform?

Basic web version cryptology.com has been available since April and an advanced professional version of trading platform to be launched in Q3 2018.

What are your verification levels?

We have implemented 3 verification levels in order to meet the needs of all our customers.

Basic level supposes a short questionnaire with personal data ($3000 total turnover limit);

Advanced level requires a Photo ID and selfie ($10000 total turnover limit);

Full level assumes all the above plus a proof of address.
