Over the last century, designers have been creating new exciting ways of transportation. Technology has changed drastically the way we design objects during the past years. For the car design industry the mix of traditional handcrafted work with the new digital techniques, made possible to shape the look of the cars at a much faster pace.
It is hard to imagine that all the objects that surround us were thought and designed by creative minds. The reality is that only a few selected people can follow up with the complete process of how products, in this case, cars are designed. Inside the studios, designers have to deal with the guessing game, due to strict industrial confidentiality rules, to know what the people like and want to see next.
We at CryptoMotors believe that every one of you should be a part of this process. Until now, the car design was still rooted in its industrial traditions. In contrast to it, we envision a new open design studio. A worldwide team, where passionate people can be part of the design process by having a voice on the appearance of the upcoming cars and working together on the future of car design.
We introduced the “open design” concept to our platform giving the user community an insider look to the development of every one of our cars and the rights to vote on the design they like the most. At the same time, we plan to open many design challenges where designers from around the world can participate without any restrictions.
