BitCoin Hits $9,400 Surpasses MasterCard

BitCoin hit an all time high of $9,400 today as investors bought ahead of the CME listing BitCoin options on January 1, 2018. The listing on the CME opens the flood gates for professional money such as hedge funds and mutual funds to invest in BitCoin.

At $9,400, the market capitalization of BitCoin stands at $171 Billion eclipsing that of MasterCard, the world’s second largest payment company at $155 Billion and its is a matter of time before it eclipses VISA with a market capitalization of $250 Billion.

Brian Armstrong, CEO Coinbase, the largest cyptocurrency exchange predicts approximately $10 billion in institutional money will be invested in the BitCoin once the CME future get listed, which will likely increase the market cap of BitCoin even further.

BitCoin bull Max Keiser, predicts BitCoin will reach $100,000. He said, “Bitcoin is a gift from God to help humanity sort out mess it has made with its money”.
