Game X Coin

What is GXC?

GXC is a universal currency for games. Gamers can tokenize their in-game currency and trade them for any other game’s currency without censorship or friction.

Game X Coin builds an ecosystem that connects game developers, players, and games using blockchain technologies.

Gaming and tokens

Players can trade in-game items, GXC coins, and GXC tokens on DEX. All transactions are recorded onto the blockchain which means they are secure and low in fee (estimated to be less than 3% of transaction amount). DEX will be built into the game’s UI through the GXC SDK. And, GXC account can be used to access several games in the GXC ecosystem.

Current Games

GXC provides an item and token trading platform (DEX) and a community system to connect players. DEX allows players to exchange GXC coins, tokens, and items safely and conveniently on the blockchain.

Here is how DEX currently looks like. Note that according to their milestone, it will be officially launched in Q2 2019.

ICO

With a total of 1,000,000,000 tokens, GXC will only make 30% of its tokens available for distribution. In fact, on 15th November, GXC announced on their telegram to their 16k members that they have started a global presale at Liquid exchange. Two big exchanges based out of Japan and Singapore, Quoinex and Qryptos, were merged together and was relaunched as Liquid exchange back in September, and is the largest crypto exchange in Japan and among the top regulated exchanges in the world.

With most ICO review websites giving them an average review ranging from 2.9 to 3.3 out of 5.

The Team

The GXC team continuously promotes their brand and their team on their social media as well as offline events such as G-Star 2018 that was held in Busan, South Korea. Considering that all members of the team graduated from prestigious South Korean universities such as Seoul National University and Yonsei University, it is definitely a project worth keeping an eye on. With the admins not very much active on telegram, take a look at their much more active Medium blog, where anyone can keep up with the latest news and announcements.
