COVID-19 suddenly have changed everything and turned people’s lives upside down. All over the world, many individuals are being requested to stay at home, in self-quarantine. The most of the public places have already closed. People are staying at home and trying to spend their lives with loved ones.
The change is real and it is really difficult to overcome it. It is not only about the virus, but it’s about people’s mental health. What can we do? Just sit, eat and watch Netflix? — Of course, NO!

According to World Health Organization, low levels of physical activity can have negative effects on the health, well-being and the quality of life. It can cause the stress, anxiety and can be a huge challenge for the mental health.

The one way to encourage ourselves and avoid mental health issues is to become more active.
World Health Organization recommends from 75 to 150 minutes physical activity during the week. Many of you would ask how it is even possible.

CSD INTENATIONAL introduces 5 platforms/applications to stay in fit and be more active.
