Welcome to the CSPR.market Open Beta! 🤩💥
CSPR.market is the new go-to NFT marketplace for Casper Network. 👻
This Open Beta is an opportunity for everyone to test drive the latest marketplace for digital assets on the Casper Network. From June 19, beta participants can use the CSPR.market on Casper TestNet, submit feedback, and engage in our community spaces.
Before you start…
- Join our official CSPR Products Suite Telegram group.
- Make sure you’ve signed up as a beta participant by entering your email address at https://CSPR.market. We’ll be sending out important announcements and instructions throughout the test.
- Follow us on Twitter to stay updated on latest developments about CSPR.market.
- NOTE: If you haven’t done so yet, please download Casper Wallet from https://casperwallet.io. There are also full instructions on how to install or transfer your account from Signer to Casper Wallet.
Playbook
Follow the playbook step by step to participate in the beta and explore as much of CSPR.market’s available capabilities as possible.
Step 0: Fund your account
If you don’t have CSPR in your Casper Wallet on TestNet, please get some to complete the rest of the playbook. You can do this by funding your account on CSPR.live, using the TestNet Faucet (under “Tools”):
- Go to https://testnet.cspr.live/sign-in and sign in with Casper Wallet or Signer.
- Go to https://testnet.cspr.live/tools/faucet
2. Click Request tokens.
Step 1: Go to CSPR.market on TestNet
Visit the TestNet instance of CSPR.market on https://testnet.cspr.market
Go to the search page by clicking the “Explore collections” button, and try searching for NFTs using the available filters and sorting options. You can also use the input search bar at the top of the page to search by NFT or collection name.
Step 2: Sign in with Casper Wallet or Signer — on Testnet
Click the Sign in button on the top right corner of CSPR.market, and select Casper Wallet or Casper Signer. Then follow the onscreen prompts to connect your active account to CSPR.market.
NOTE: If you chose Casper Wallet, then make sure you switch your account to Testnet on Casper Wallet beforehand.
Step 3: Buy a listed NFT
- Navigate to the NFT you’d like to purchase, and click the Buy button.
- In the popup that appears click the Buy button to confirm the price, and sign the transaction.
- If the transaction is successful, you’ll see a confirmation.
4. The NFT should now be in your account. You can view this by hovering over your account in the top right of the screen, and then selecting “View account on CSPR.market”.
Step 4: Mint an NFT (so you can sell it in the next step)
- Goto the CSPR Products toolbar on the top left corner of your screen and click on CSPR.studio (top right logo) or go to testnet.CSPR.studio.
CSPR.studio will open in a new tab. Once there, make sure you are signed into the same account as you were on CSPR.market. Then click on the “Mint NFT” button and follow the instructions.
When asked to choose where to mint the token, select “Default NFT Studio collection” and click “Continue”.
2. Upload your NFT image, and add their name and description. You will be asked to confirm you are the owner of the NFT. Then click “Next”.
3. Make sure the recipient public key is yours, and click “Next”.
4. Wait for 1–2 minutes, and click on “Go back to My NFTs”. You should now see your newly minted NFT among your NFTs. Once your NFT is minted, it will also automatically be published on CSPR.market.
Step 5: LIST & SELL YOUR NFT
- Switch to the CSPR.market tab on your browser, and go to your account on CSPR.market by hovering over the dropdown in the top-right, and selecting “View account on CSPR.market”. Your newly minted NFT should be listed there. (If you were already on the account page, you may need to refresh the page by hitting F5 on your keyboard.)
2. Navigate to your NFT that you want to sell and click the List for sale button.
3. In the popup that appears, click Approve, and sign the transaction so that the market contract is given the right to transfer the NFT (no transfer will take place unless the item is sold).
3. Once the approval transaction finishes enter the listing price, click “Confirm Listing”, and sign the transaction.
4. If the listing is successful you will see a confirmation screen.
Step 6: Make an Offer
- Navigate to the NFT you’d like to bid on, and click the “Make offer” button.
2. In the popup that appears, enter the price you want to offer, click “Place Offer”, and sign the transaction.
3. If the transaction is successful, you will see a confirmation.
Ad Hoc Testing
Once you’ve completed Steps 1–6 you’re free to explore CSPR.market as you see fit.
Here are the features we recommend you try out at least once:
- Filter NFTs by Category / by Status / by Collection / by price
- Accept an offer — you will have to connect with two accounts — 1 to list an NFT with, the other to bid on it, and then the first one to accept the bid. To list an NFT, follow the instructions here

Submitting Feedback
Submit your bug reports and feedback through the CSPR.market Beta feedback board. If you have an improvement suggestion, use the ‘General Feedback’ type.
Although it’s useful to know where things are working well, critical feedback is how we make CSPR.market the best it can be. During your test, if you encounter anything that doesn’t work the way you would expect, if something is unclear or confusing, submit it to our board. Even if you’re not 100% sure it’s a valid issue!
Verifying Participation
Once you have completed steps 1–6 of the playbook and submitted any feedback fill out and submit the Participant Public Key Registration so we can follow up with you if we have questions about your input or experience.
