180 Degrees Consulting Stockholm worked with Yayasan Solemen Indonesia to help it develop better operational processes, supporting their transition to new management by developing a business continuity strategy.

By using recommended tool kits and key enablers, the members of 180 Degrees Consulting Stockholm developed an approach to aid the Solemen Foundation in running more efficiently and streamline their processes.

Yayasan Solemen Indonesia

Yayasan Solemen Indonesia is a registered non-profit organization established in October 2010. The foundation aims to raise awareness and funds to support various projects for the upliftment of the disadvantaged in Bali. Government spending in welfare programmes is minimal in Indonesia, and the poorest section of the population is dependent on such charity programmes to alleviate their miserly livelihoods. Solemen assists the families and victims of those affiliated with disabilities, mental health disorders, and illnesses. They optimize a sustainable plan particular to every family’s individual needs.

180 Degrees Consulting Stockholm

180 Degrees Consulting is the world’s largest consultancy for non-profits and social enterprises. The Stockholm branch, founded in 2008, was one of the first 3 branches worldwide. This student driven organization works on professional consulting projects — such as the consultation given to the client Yayasan Solemen. The consultancy is ensuring the client continues functioning effectively in the absence of its founder and is devising methods to improve efficiency and sustainability.

Additional Information

Recommended tool kits and key enablers include SWOT analysis, strategy map, RACI scorecard, balanced scorecard, process mapping, PNL report template, fit/gap analysis, power BI, and Air Table ATS. Through these means 180 Degrees Consulting Stockholm strives to help Yayasan Solemn continue its impactful work by creating a continuation strategy and auditing their process. Potential deliverables include a business continuity strategy, recommendations report, interactive database, and CRM functions. To achieve this, the client is expected to attend a one hour meeting bi-weekly and provide the team with an overview of the projected future milestones and objectives.
