We have decided to invite all of you to the Esri User Conference 2017, being held on July 10–14th in San Diego, California, where The Science of Where will take place. During our participation we will be showing how in Ctzen we use ArcGIS technology to take governments to another level of efficiency. Our mission there is to provide valuable information about how governments are able to have a more comprehensive usage of the data compiled from maps and reports made on our app.

Ctzen is presented to citizens as a free mobile application that allows them to report incidents and follow them up in real-time, all within our interactive maps. We work along with governments to quickly and efficiently attend all citizens’ concerns. Is there a pothole on the road? When the user reports an issue, the system automatically redirects it to the public official responsible for addressing it. Even if the report is a car accident, Ctzen is in charge of finding the nearest officer and ambulance to provide care in the shortest time possible. What we do is trace real time routes and send them directly to the officials in charge of solving the citizen’s concerns, and we also work with the police distribution to maximize all their operations.

Our software allows governments to have direct communication with the citizens that report what’s happening in the city and with the agents in the field. Besides that, we have sound alarms and graphic analytics that legitimize the traceability of the information obtained. In addition, we generate management statistics, smart crime maps, heat and density maps, management of GIS layers, and automatic prioritization of incidents. And on July 12, 2017 @10:30 A.M in Esri UC, Ctzen’s CEO will be talking about how all these map integrations actually help governments to increase levels of efficiency, secure citizen’s wellbeing, and guarantee a nation’s safety and tranquility.
