Get ready for the next big thing in Cubieverse! We are excited to announce the second Cubieverse MMA Event, taking place on Saturday, June 29th, 2024. Following the success of our previous MMA event, we are introducing an enhanced scoring system to make this prediction challenge even more thrilling.
Event Overview
Join us as we dive into the action of UFC 303. Players will have the chance to predict the outcomes of the fights, just like last time. But this time, there’s a twist! We’ve added bonus points for winning streaks to ensure a more dynamic leaderboard and to reduce the likelihood of ties.
Step 1: Get Your MMA Blueprint!
First, grab your MMA Fighter Blueprint from the shop! This is a randomizer blueprint that prints a common cubie — either with blue gloves, or red gloves!
Step 2: Print Your Fighters!
Next, collect Gloves, a resource that will start dropping from Green User Vaults when our event starts on June 23 at midnight UTC. You’ll get 250 Gloves per Green User Vault you solve. You only need 500 Gloves and 1000 resin to print one of the MMA fighters! It will be to your advantage to print both! Gloves will stop dropping June 30 00:00 UTC.
Step 3: Watch the Live Event!
On Saturday, June 29th, at 7pm Pacific Time , gather with your friends and rivals to watch the UFC 303 event! You can watch it on Pay-Per-View on ESPN+, or you can head to a local sports bar like Buffalo Wild Wings to watch it while having some delicious bar food! Maybe you could meet up with other hunters!

Step 4: Make Your Predictions!
During UFC 303, you should choose which fighter you think will win each battle from the prelims and the Main Card: the one wearing blue gloves or the one wearing red gloves!

BEFORE each fight starts, equip either the red or blue MMA Cubie to lock in your prediction!
We snapshot your equipped Cubie each time Bruce Buffer starts announcing a fight!
Step 5: Score Points!
We’ll have a score leaderboard! Your score will be updated after each fight, following these rules:
NEW : Winning Streak bonus points!
New for this event are the winning streak bonus points, the more successful wins you rack up, the more points you score!
2-fight streak: +8 bonus points
3-fight streak: +12 bonus points
4-fight streak: +22 bonus points
5-fight streak: +38 bonus points
6-fight streak: +56 bonus points
7-fight streak: +77 bonus points
8-fight streak: +99 bonus points
9-fight streak: +124 bonus points
Step 6: Collect Your Rewards!
After the last fight is done and dusted, the final leaderboard rankings will be published. Depending on your position on the leaderboards, you’ll receive these rewards:
In the event of a tie, the tied players will get the reward for their position.
