Cubieverse V2.0.25 Patch Notes

Hi there, hunters!

This week we launch a new version of Cubieverse that includes a series of gameplay additions, bug fixes and general improvements. Let’s take a closer look!

Keep in mind that some of these fixes require a server upgrade to come into effect. Server maintenance is planned on Wednesday August 28. Exact time to be announced later.

New features

• September Referral Race : 100 for 100. Starting September 1st, any player who manages to refer 100 new players to the game (and each of them achieves HQ level 3 before the end of September) will receive $100 worth of Solana!
• New Advanced Printshop functionality : MINT NFT’s! Players who have access to an advanced printshop will now be able to export the “digital art” they collected in the Cubieverse (from various contests and events) in to an NFT on the Solana blockchain. This allows them to be traded with other players outside of the game! This is just the first step in our NFT rollout schedule, more NFT features will be announced at a later date.
• Philippines Launch event! : The Philippines now have their own country event and to celebrate we are having two contests in September for the hunters in Philippines! In one contest the first player to level up their brand new Philippines Cubie to level 10 receives $50 of Solana and in the other contest the top 5 players on the PH leaderboards by the end of September get big Solana rewards as well (as long as there are a minimum of 200 active players on the leaderboards by the end of September).

Game improvements

• Players can now easily browse and purchase BIN (buy it now) items from the Auction house via a new Buy It Now! Button. This will give a lot more visibility to items that are purchasable immediately vs items that requiring bidding against other players.

• Tradeshacks have been buffed! They now always drop common resources ontop of the paint and they can be levelled up to increase the odds of dropping bonus boxes.
• The new player experience has been drastically improved with a totally new HQ level up tutorial quest chain! New players should find their first steps into the Cubieverse more clear and exciting!
• All 3D assets have had their graphical quality upgraded and now have crisper lighting and more balanced color tones, enjoy!

Bug fixes

• All user structures should now feature the name of the player that owns it.
• Various smaller bug fixes and improvements.
