Cubieverse V2.0.30 Patch Notes

Hi there, hunters!

This week we launch a new version of Cubieverse that includes a series of gameplay additions, bug fixes and general improvements. Let’s take a closer look!

NOTE: Keep in mind that some of these fixes require a server upgrade to come into effect.

Server maintenance is planned on Wednesday October 23. Exact time to be announced later.

New features

• Halloween event! The most infamous event of the Cubieverse is back, crazier than ever! Get ready to hunt for cauldrons starting October 25th UTC. A more detailed article will go out later this week.
• NEW : Fountain Structures! We have a brand new premium structure up for sale in the SHOP. It’s called the Fountain and it allows players to throw in a blue key to make a wish. The fountain will show you 3 different trivia categories, if you like any of them, you can pick it and it will now always show up in every vault until the fountain’s blessing wears out. Very handy during Happy Hour and certain Daily Quests!
• NEW : Interaction Radius increase! White vaults, Blue vaults, Green vaults and tradehacks have increased interaction ranges. Everybody knows at least one vault somewhere who always seems to be just outside of range, well...go try again, it should be easier now to reach those hard to reach vaults!

Game improvements

• We added titles to each Leaderboard so it’s easier to identify them.
• We imported more fresh tags from OSM in US, CA, UK.
• We removed the long press for answering trivia. Make sure to pay attention when choosing your answer!

Bug fixes

• Fixed a bug where walking quests would track incorrectly for some people. There is still work to be done but for a certain % of players it has been improved.
• Various smaller bug fixes and improvements.
