The Cuble team was back at it again this week.

A study was carried out on the growing ‘baby mama/baby daddy’ culture and the general sphere of parenting over the course of the past week (allegedly). The study was conducted under the following headings:

  • Parenting: Harder than it looks
  • Can you Instil values?
  • Do you really think you have what it takes?

PARENTING: HARDER THAN IT LOOKS

A particular individual who requests to remain anonymous for reasons that will soon make sense to you described parenting as follows:

“it’s very very hard, like they are so needy…it’s like caring for a puppy but the only difference is that you can’t take it to the backyard and put it down because of that one time he pooped on your Stan Smith’s”

Admittedly it is a lot of responsibility caring for and raising a child but Anon here might’ve had a little too much to drink prior to meeting with us.

CAN YOU INSTIL VALUES?

This covers morals and conduct amongst many other things. The study shows a pattern that children are more likely to adopt the values and behavioural patterns of characters in their favourite shows rather than from the current crop of parents.

You could essentially wind up with a dora the explorer baby that chews cockroaches instead of a mini you.

Quite frankly, whatever the situation, its hard instilling your values into someone, not to talk of a needy creature that you day dream about taking to the back yard to put down (quoting anon, chill).

DO YOU REALLY THINK YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

Whatever your answer, you are wrong if it’s not ‘No’.

Conclusion:

In conclusion , whatever your reason for wanting a baby, just stop; baby fever is not real.
