Yay! Long weekend time :) :) Besides that obvious reason to celebrate, this weekend is also when Christians around the world will look forward to ending a month of lent and welcoming Easter. So it’s only fitting that they end this month long abstinence with the best meatless mains that they can get their hands on.

While we have tried to keep this list mostly vegetarian, there are quite a few fish and seafood delicacies too on offer. There are some kickass recipes on this list here, so put on that apron and lets get cooking!!
