Hello Family!!

This announcement is in honour of our brand new ‘Help’ button on the dashboard.

All this while we have been managing by using FB messenger as our support, because we liked to keep it a unique, and highly personalised experience. But we have to admit, it was a little bit like biting off more than we could chew in the last few months. As the CT family of bloggers grew, it became a little harder to keep track of the multiple chat windows on Facebook, and we realised things probably needed to change.

That’s when the idea to use Intercom and provide support from within Cucumbertown came into effect. It was not just because we were right about ready to pull our hair out trying to manoeuvre all the constantly popping chat windows on FB, we also realised a systematic approach is required. Intercom will help us prioritise, find out recurring patterns and in general deliver more effective service.

This has now been incorporated into the platform.

But worry not. We will still strive to give you the personalised service you guys are used to. just a tad bit more organised ;)
