Cudos hits the red carpetđż- Slammer preview screening â CUDOS
On the 10th of September 2021, our team joined a red carpet event at the Odeon Luxe, Leicester Square, for a special preview screening of the Cudos-sponsored UK sci-fi thriller Slammer.
Our team and the other attendees were greeted by Odeon staff sporting white lab coats alongside a display of costumes and props from the film. This gave us an exciting hint of what was to come.
Before the film kicked off, our founder and CEO, Matt Hawkins, hit the stage and addressed the audience, talking about the involvement of Cudos in the movie.
The screening was followed by a Q&A on stage with key cast members, before a special â After Party â at Ruby Blue, just across from the cinema. There, attendees were able to mingle with the cast, crew, sponsors, and film industry members until the early hours, with views across the Square from the clubâs balcony.
We are very proud to have played a part in this fantastic project and have our blockchain-based computing software featured in the film. Hopefully, bringing blockchain technology to the big screen will drive in the real world too!
