There is less than a day to go until the screening of the new film Slammer in Leicester Square, and Cudos couldn’t be more excited.

Scientist Ann Waterman is kidnapped and becomes a living lab experiment but uncovers a mystery of global significance along the way!

The film features actors Flora Montgomery as Ann Waterman, James Atherton as John Howlett and Victoria Emslie as Sophie Fox, and is produced, written and directed by Ted Byron Baybutt.

Slammer is a Sci-Fi thriller that has cryptocurrency woven into its every weave. The film is partly funded by Bitcoin and, of course, sponsored by none other than Cudos!

Making the film has also come with help from James Bowater, editor at large of Crypto AM, who appears in the Slammer movie. The founder of Crypto AM is a widely respected advocate for the blockchain and crypto space and has since become a proud advisor for the Cudos team.

The film was shot successfully during the pandemic, co-funded through crypto-currency, and will debut at London’s ODEON cinema in Leicester Square tomorrow night (10th September).

We are very proud to have our cloud computing software featured in the film. Many of us will be attending and couldn’t be more excited to see the final production!
