Chicken Sliders

These sliders are perfect and easy appetizer with a little tanginess and flavor of barbecue

Ingredients:

  • 6 Fresh Pav Breads
  • 350g Chicken
  • Tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney, Barbecue sauce
  • Onions
  • Capsicum
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Butter

Method:

Chicken Preparation

Boil the chicken with some salt, oregano and chili flakes. Shred the chicken into small pieces.

Slider Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Slide the pav bread in half lengthwise. Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the bread.
  • Prepare a sauce by mixing of Tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney, and barbecue sauce and spread it on the bread.
  • Add the slice chopped onion and capsicum on top of it.
  • Finally, grate some mozzarella cheese and spread it evenly.
  • Top with the remaining part of bread, brush the top with melted butter. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C, until the bread becomes golden brown.
  • Slice the pav pieces, serve and enjoy.
