Chicken Sliders

These sliders are perfect and easy appetizer with a little tanginess and flavor of barbecue
Ingredients:
- 6 Fresh Pav Breads
- 350g Chicken
- Tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney, Barbecue sauce
- Onions
- Capsicum
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Butter
Method:
Chicken Preparation
Boil the chicken with some salt, oregano and chili flakes. Shred the chicken into small pieces.
Slider Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Slide the pav bread in half lengthwise. Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the bread.
- Prepare a sauce by mixing of Tomato ketchup, Schezwan chutney, and barbecue sauce and spread it on the bread.
- Add the slice chopped onion and capsicum on top of it.
- Finally, grate some mozzarella cheese and spread it evenly.
- Top with the remaining part of bread, brush the top with melted butter. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180°C, until the bread becomes golden brown.
- Slice the pav pieces, serve and enjoy.
