INGREDIENTS

DOUGH

Maida- 2 cups

Oil- 2 tbsp

Salt- 1/2 tsp

Water- 1/2 cup

STUFFING

Oil- 2 tsp

Onions (chopped)- 1/2 nos

Chilies- 2 nos

Potatoes (mashed)- 5–6 nos

Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp

Spices

Chilli powder- 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp

Amchur- 1/2 tsp

Garam masala- 1/2 tsp

Salt- 1/2 tsp

METHOD

DOUGH

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead it for 3 minutes. Grease it on the top with oil and rest it for 20 minutes.

STUFFING

Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion, chilies and ginger garlic paste for 2 minutes. Now add all the spices. Next, add the mashed potatoes in the pan and saute it till the spices turn aromatic.

PARATHA PREPARATION

After the dough has rested for 20 minutes, pinch a palmful from it and roll it to a slight thickness. Roast the paratha on a hot Tawa till it turns golden brown. Now add layers of stuffing, then curd and the prepared salad.

Your parathas are ready to serve :)
